If my Mirena IUD is 6 years old, should I be worried about a pregnancy? Also, is it normal to experience soreness in the ovaries after unprotected sex, and does the IUD cause this type of soreness as a method of preventing pregnancy?

I have had an IUD for about 4 years and have never had periods or spotting, but suddenly started bleeding. I recently had sex with my boyfriend and his penis slipped out, causing a decent-sized skin tear near the bottom of my vagina on the outside. The piece of skin is still attached but looks like it's curling up. I'm unsure what to do. Will it heal on its own? Should I see a doctor? What should I do?

I have been experiencing bloody discharge since my period ended on March 11th. The discharge is clear with red streaks and occasionally light brown with red-pinkish undertones. I have PCOS and have had regular periods for the past year and a half. I recently lost 60 lbs over the last three years and continue to eat healthily and exercise. I don't have any itching, burning, redness, soreness, swelling, or severe cramps, but I do have mild pain on my lower left side. I also deal with stress and anxiety, and I'm concerned about the possibility of an STD, HPV, or cancer. What could be causing this discharge, and what should I do?

I am currently on my fifth pregnancy and experiencing bleeding, blood clots, and mild cramps for the first time. The bleeding started almost a week ago and has been getting slightly heavier. I had a vaginal ultrasound done recently, and the cramping started afterward. I am 28 years old, have had four c-sections and one D&C, and have had one previous miscarriage. Is this a sign of a miscarriage, and what should I do?
