Today I went to a barber in Florida, USA, and received a haircut. At the end of the haircut, the barber used a shavette razor on the sides of my neck, resulting in a razor burn on the right side. I am unsure if the barber installed a new razor when he performed the shave. What is my exposure to Hepatitis B or C infection? I understand HIV exposure is very low. The razor burn site is stinging 10 hours after the visit.

I had a total hysterectomy about a month ago and have been experiencing complications such as nausea, chills, insomnia, burning sensation during urination inside my vagina and above the incision, difficulty pooping without a water enema and suppository, and an inability to hold anything down. I am 42 years old, and my last pap test two weeks ago showed an abnormal rise in my gallbladder. I also have anemia and feel like something is seriously wrong. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I undergo to determine the issue?

I am a 62-year-old woman on combined HRT (very low dose estrogen and continuous natural progesterone) for 12 years. My uterus is now large (6x12 cm), with a few myomas, possible endometriosis, and adenomyosis. I have severe cramps at night, no bleeding, but increased progesterone to 200mg and take Motrin regularly. I stopped HRT for a year, which resolved symptoms but caused sleep issues. I resumed HRT due to lack of sleep. Myomas developed after menopause. Should I consider a hysterectomy for relief from cramps and to improve sleep and HRT management?
