I’m at week 7 and this is the 4th day I have light bleeding. Should I go to the ER? My first appointment is in 10 days. The bleeding has been stable but I go through 3 daily pads a day. I also feel some cramping today and see a little bit of blood clots.

My partner has Covid, is on her period, and has developed sudden and extreme ulcers or sores on her labia, along with extreme menstrual cramp pain. Should I take her to an urgent care?

I am concerned about getting pregnant. I had unprotected sex on 26/04/2021 and again on 3/05/2021, and took an emergency contraceptive pill (EC) on 28/04/2021 while still on my period. My period started on 28/04/2021 and stopped on 1/05/2021. I am not on regular contraception and am worried about the chances of pregnancy and the impact of frequent EC use.

I might be experiencing a miscarriage. I am 26 years old and have been bleeding for 10 days with very big clots. My last normal period was on August 12, and I had blood spotting from August 22 to August 30, followed by heavy periods with clots. I took a pregnancy test today which came out negative. I haven't been using birth control pills but took Plan B a couple of months ago and had unprotected sex. I feel well physically, but sometimes I have cramps on my right abdomen.

I am 6 months pregnant and haven't registered for antenatal care. I want to know if I and my babies are safe and if I can still start antenatal care.

I recently had an ultrasound due to menorrhagia and bleeding between periods, which showed hypervascularity in the myometrium with asymmetrical thickness of 22mm, raising concerns for malignancy. I was sent for a pelvic MRI and endometrial biopsy. Can adenomyosis resemble malignancy, and is adenomyosis typically hypervascular? My MRI suggests adenomyosis, but my ultrasound suggests malignancy. Do they look alike on MRI, and should I see a GYN oncologist even if my endometrial biopsies are negative?
