I’m having slight vaginal discomfort that has been on and off for about 3 months. It’s stable, getting better but never worse. I’m using over-the-counter Clotrimazole cream and am on birth control. I’m concerned it could be a yeast infection, UTI, or BV. What should I do?

I’ve been having my period for around 10 days now with spotting that doesn’t seem to go away. I started bleeding abnormally when I was about to begin being sexually active again. I’m currently still bleeding and it’s been around 10 minutes. I am using Aviane as contraception and have missed one pill this cycle. The bleeding was very light but became heavy when I was about to be sexually active. I feel slight pressure on my abdomen. This hasn't happened before, even when I've missed pills in the past. When should I see a doctor?
