Can you please tell me if my vagina looks normal? I noticed something felt out of place when using the bathroom, so I pushed it back in and took pictures before and after. The after pictures show it looking smaller. I am very insecure and scared. What can I do to fix it if something is wrong?

I recently discovered vaginal warts and noticed some on my tongue. I have only had one partner in my life and I can’t remember if I got the HPV vaccine as a child. Does having warts mean I have HPV? Can this go away? Is it cancer? If warts have come, does that mean the virus will always be in my body? Do you get warts if you had the shot? How do I get them removed? Can I still get the vaccine after they are removed? Is this more dangerous than other STDs? Is it possible for a man to give you HPV if they had the vaccine? Are they protected? If they haven't been vaccinated, what steps should they take? Is freezing painful? Can I be put to sleep? Should my partner get tested as well? Do you have to retake the vaccine after some years or just once in a lifetime? How will I know if he is infected? Can he still pass it on then? If there are warts in my mouth, how do I take care of that? Is that severe? Could my partner have passed this to me or does it develop over time if you don't get vaccinated? Do you think if I had anal sex, I have anal warts and if so, how can I find out? How likely is it that you get anal warts and are they more severe? Is the process of removal the same? Is the anal exam and process of removal painful? Can I be put to sleep? Will the warts appear again? Do they open up the anus or just use a finger to remove? Is it a long process? I have been experiencing early pregnancy symptoms such as insomnia, enlarged breasts, tiredness, increased urination, headaches, mood swings, and spotting, despite being on Lo-Ovral birth control for six years. I use the withdrawal method with my partner and do not take the pill at the same time every day. A pregnancy test was negative. Could I be pregnant, and if not, what else could be causing these symptoms?

I missed one pill of my birth control (Vestura, containing drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) and started spotting. The spotting has continued for 12 days and has recently gotten heavier, but not enough to soak half a pad in a day. I should be starting my period now, but I'm unsure if this is it. I've also been feeling nauseous every day for the past week and a half. I had a pain on the right side of my lower abdomen two days ago. What could be causing this spotting and nausea?
