Since August 14, I have noticed a strong, non-fishy or yeasty smell and pink-brown clear discharge after sex. Today, I also experienced lower abdominal pain during sex. The smell is constant and strong. How long have you dealt with the discharge? Have you experienced this in the past? When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I've been experiencing severe cramps on the lower right side of my abdomen for over 5 days, which won't go away. I'm on birth control (Larrisa) and it's not supposed to be my period for another week. I've tried Advil for pain relief but it hasn't helped. I'm 19 years old, with no known medical problems, and I've been on the pill for about 2 1/2 months. I was feeling a bit nauseous yesterday and bled a little bit a few days ago. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?
