In December, I had a lighter period than usual that lasted one day longer than usual (seven days). The next month, it went back to normal but is light again. Should I be worried?

Are home fetal dopplers (specifically the Sonoline B) safe to use, and is it okay to use them multiple times a day for short periods?

I have been experiencing brown discharge for two days, which I associate with my body preparing for a period, despite having stopped having periods about four years ago. I am 54 years old and have a history of HBP, anxiety, depression, and acid reflux. The discharge started two days ago, is seen when I wipe, and today a small amount was on my panty liner. It has a smell similar to old blood from a period and some tiny amounts look like dried clots. I also have very mild lower stomach cramps and feel like a period is coming on. I had sexual activity last Saturday morning and had a Pap smear at the beginning of the year. I do not take blood thinners and have no allergies. I also have a hint of a UTI, upper back pain, a slight headache, and fatigue. What could be causing this discharge, and is there anything I should do until my appointment with my doctor?

I went to the ob/gyn today because of bleeding in between periods. My doctor said he saw a torn blood vessel on my cervix and that my cervix is stenotic. I am 42 years old, have never given birth, and just had a miscarriage and D&C about 1 year ago. My most recent pap was about 3 months ago and it was normal. I am just wondering why I would have a torn blood vessel for no apparent reason. (I have not had intercourse recently or any type of trauma) Can this "just happen"?

I had a CT scan that showed a small amount of free fluid in my pelvis, no free air. I also have a diverticulum, a small hernia, and symptoms like bloating and a full stomach. What could be causing the fluid and how should I manage my symptoms?

I am 43 years old and have concerns about internal vaginal tissue. I have a history of condyloma, a childbirth that required surgical removal of the placenta, and became anovulatory after giving birth. Recently, intercourse has been uncomfortable due to abnormal, inflamed/swollen tissue inside the vaginal canal that sometimes protrudes and feels rough/dryer than the rest of my vaginal tissue. My husband also noticed the tissue looks strange. It has been 2 years since my last pelvic exam and pap. What could this tissue issue be a sign of, or what can be the causes?
