I am 33 years old and have been experiencing vaginal cramping and lower abdominal pain on day 4 of my periods, along with heavier than usual bleeding. I had a polypectomy about a month ago, and I used to have spotting before my periods due to polyps. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I think I have a rectocele, perhaps a cystocele as well. I don't have a regular doctor. Is this something that they can diagnose/treat at Planned Parenthood? I've been dealing with urinary urgency for quite some time, which has gotten worse over the last couple of weeks. I am 30 years old, had an abortion a month ago, and struggle with constipation.

I am not sure if I am pregnant but I have signs of it, such as a bloated stomach and stomach pain, but when I tested today, I got a negative result. My last period began on October 20th, and I am 22 years old with no health problems. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them?

I have pretty regular cycles, but the last couple before I got pregnant were longer than usual, around 30-32 days. My last menstrual period was March 27, 2023, and my due date is January 1, 2024. According to my ovulation calculator, my fertile window was April 6-12. I had unprotected sex with Male A on April 4 and with Male B from April 7-10. I tested negative on the first two days of my missed period but got a positive test on April 26. Who do you think the father more likely is?

I have a persistent itch and pain around the outside of my vagina that comes and goes over the last year. The skin is dry, inflamed, and red, and sometimes there is a white discharge. I've tried steroid cream and a contraceptive pill, but they haven't helped. What could be causing this and what can I do for relief?
