Why does my clitoris always hurt and feel sore, even when not touched, and what can I do to alleviate the pain?

I had my period from June 20th to June 25th, then experienced a yeast infection on the 28th, treated it with a one-day Monistat treatment, and unexpectedly started my period again a week later. I used Plan B emergency contraceptive on the 27th and do not use regular contraceptives. My periods are generally regular, and I am not on any regular medications. I had a medical abortion in February, which affected my cycle. What could be causing this irregular bleeding?

Is something wrong with me if my period is always late, even after moving to a new environment and changing my diet? I am a virgin, almost 19 years old, not on any medications, and have always had late periods, sometimes by a week or two. I experience mild lower abdominal pain during my periods, but no other significant medical history.

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and noticed some spotting yesterday. I've been having nightmares about miscarriage and noticed continued spotting this morning. It's my first pregnancy. My last period was May 8-14, and this is the first time I've experienced spotting. I've had a small amount of clear discharge throughout my pregnancy, but now it has pink strains of blood in it. I have no pain or dizziness. I am overweight, 5'9" and was 205lbs at the start of my pregnancy. I have my first ultrasound coming up this Thursday. What should I do?
