My period is weeks late. I had pink/brownish discharge a few days ago and now I had bright red blood, but it was thinner consistency than my normal period. I’ve had pregnancy symptoms for over a week - nausea/strong sense of smell/increased hunger/high body temperature. Do you think I could still be pregnant or that I just started my period? I’ve never had symptoms like that during my periods before.

I had sex with a condom on, but the condom was removed after ejaculation. I took Plan B (levonorgestrel) within 8 hours. Since then, I've had lower abdominal cramps, fatigue, and now brown spotting 9 days after sex. I'm worried about pregnancy, especially since I don't know when I ovulated.
