My period is weeks late. I had pink/brownish discharge a few days ago and now I had bright red blood, but it was thinner consistency than my normal period. I’ve had pregnancy symptoms for over a week - nausea/strong sense of smell/increased hunger/high body temperature. Do you think I could still be pregnant or that I just started my period? I’ve never had symptoms like that during my periods before.

I had sex with a condom on, but the condom was removed after ejaculation. I took Plan B (levonorgestrel) within 8 hours. Since then, I've had lower abdominal cramps, fatigue, and now brown spotting 9 days after sex. I'm worried about pregnancy, especially since I don't know when I ovulated. Can these symptoms be pregnancy-related, or are they due to the Plan B pill? Should I be concerned about pregnancy despite taking Plan B?

I need a pap smear. I had one 5 years ago, and now I have a persistent odor when I pee. My doctor suggested I see a mental health doctor, but I believe I need a gynecological check-up. What should I do?

I found a bulge in the middle of my vagina opening. How old are you? How long has this been a concern? Are you using any medications? Do you have any other medical history the doctor should know about?

I'm 66 years old and had a partial hysterectomy when I was 30. I was on hormone therapy seven years ago, but I've gained 30 pounds in the last 1.5 years since moving and seeing a new doctor. My new doctor says my hormones are elevated, specifically estrogen. I'm experiencing weight gain and poor sleep. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I started taking Loloestrin at the start of my period and have experienced heavy bleeding and cramping ever since. Now I am feeling symptoms of anemia. I just need my period to stop. Do I stop taking the pills? I have cramps in the front and lower back most days, and my period is usually every 21-35 days and often heavy, lasting 7-10 days. This one is still going since October 20. I'm 46 and take Advil and Aleve for the cramps. I also take meds for my thyroid, but recent blood work shows it's fine. I have endometriosis and have had one surgery to remove adhesions. My uterus was tilted during a recent pelvic ultrasound, and I've had cysts in the past but never fibroids.
