My period is late by 3 days, my cervix is very puffy, and I have a negative pregnancy test. I am not using any contraceptives, and I only take sertraline for anxiety. I am 34 almost 35 weeks pregnant and experiencing painful Braxton Hicks contractions with severe back pain on the lower right side, which has been worsening and is mainly sharp/stabbing. The back pain started a few days ago and is almost unbearable at night, making it hard to walk. Tylenol does not help, and neither does applying heat or ice. What could be causing this severe back pain, and when will the Braxton Hicks contractions subside?

I had unprotected sex on June 3rd, have polycystic ovaries, and used to take birth control pills. What could be causing my missed period and what can I do about it?

I did a cycle of IVF and an embryo transfer (blastocyst), and I'm supposed to take a pregnancy beta HCG test tomorrow, but I just started bleeding like I'm on my period (11 days post transfer). I'm confused about whether to continue taking progesterone and heparin. Is it okay to use vaginal suppositories while bleeding? Should I go to the emergency room if the bleeding gets worse?
