Is it possible to get pregnant the first week of January 2012 and still be pregnant? My son's daughter claims she is pregnant and the child is dead inside the womb. She also mentioned having a doctor's appointment a week ago. Would a doctor have let her go home under these circumstances?

I had a classical c-section last year due to my baby being born very premature and small. I want to try for a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) but my OB immediately said no without considering my wishes. I had preeclampsia and my placenta was failing, leading to a c-section 3 months early. My baby was severely growth restricted but is doing better now. I want to experience natural birth at least once. What should I do?

As an adult, I rarely achieve sexual satisfaction, either alone or with my husband, due to a combination of factors including a long-term vodka addiction, a doctor-implanted intrathecal pain pump with narcotics for chronic back pain, and a recent return of periods after two years. I have been in perimenopause for over a year, with my period stopping about 4 months ago. However, I have been experiencing spotting, especially when I pee, and today I passed a large clot. Should I see my doctor, or is this normal during perimenopause?
