I am seeking a second opinion on my options, including hormonal pills, myomectomy, or hysterectomy, and want to know about potential side effects and recovery times.

I have a prolactin level of 60 and have been trying to get pregnant for the last few months. Does this mean I won't be able to get pregnant for sure? All other hormones, including thyroid hormone, are fine. I've taken drugs in the past to decrease prolactin, which helped temporarily.
