I’ve always had regular periods up until some months ago and they started lasting for a full month and this is the third month long period that I’ve had and then I’ll be off for a few days and then a few days later I’ll start again. I was on birth control for pain but it didn’t work so they took me off and then I got a shot that is supposed to completely stop your period. Are you using any medications, either for the pain or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I’ve had a thick yellow discharge with itching and an odor. I first thought I had a yeast infection with the itching but the symptoms are more common with trichomoniasis. Would you possibly be able to give advice for treatment?

I'm pretty sure I have a yeast infection and took Monistat 1, but it's still there. How long have you dealt with the yeast infection? Is this issue stable or getting worse? When did you start using Monistat? Has it helped at all? Do you have a white discharge that has a consistency like cottage cheese? Do you have vaginal itching/swelling/soreness? Do you get a pain/burning sensation with urination? Is there a strong fishy odor? Are you currently on any regular medications? May I know your age?

I have been experiencing long gaps between periods, 3-6 months per cycle, for nearly 2 years. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, and my last period began on 27th September. I am 27 years old, have had consistent weight but recently gained about 5kg, and have been with my boyfriend for 7.5 years. I get mild acne but nothing too serious. I was on birth control but came off it 2 years ago, which is when I noticed irregular periods. I had an abnormal smear and had the cells removed last year in June. What could be causing these long gaps between periods, and what should I do about it?

My vagina suddenly started hurting. The pain is sharp and stabbing, and it comes and goes. I am 30 years old, sexually active, but haven't had intercourse in five weeks due to antibiotic side effects and sickness. I have been taking Prilosec, Sucaralfate, and probiotics. I had a CT scan on June 24th that showed nothing concerning. What could be causing this nerve pain, and how can it be resolved?

I started a birth control pill 3 days ago for my cystic acne, which is limited to my face. I had my tubes taken out, so there's no reason for me to be on it. I'm scared that if I stop the pill after 3 days, my acne will get worse. I'm 24 years old and had been using a retinoid but stopped due to purging. I'm getting married in 5 weeks. What should I do?
