I did an IVF and got pregnant 9 days after embryo transfer. My HCG level was 101 iu/l, but now I have bleeding like a normal period with blood clots. I took a pregnancy test and it still says I'm pregnant. How is this possible?

I have severe pain in my right buttock with pain in my right groin and numbness under my right vulva, making it hard to pee. The pain started in January and is constant, making it difficult to sit and lie down. The pain is achey, burning, and sometimes stabbing. I am 61 years old, currently using only ibuprofen and occasional other aspirin combos. I had a hysterectomy about 15 years ago and am wondering if I could have some pelvic or bladder prolapse.
