I have severe pain in my right buttock with pain in my right groin and numbness under my right vulva, making it hard to pee. The pain started in January and is constant, making it difficult to sit and lie down. The pain is achey, burning, and sometimes stabbing. I am 61 years old, currently using only ibuprofen and occasional other aspirin combos. I had a hysterectomy about 15 years ago and am wondering if I could have some pelvic or bladder prolapse.

After sex and my period, I developed painful bumps on the inside of my vagina. The pain is constant, achey, sharp, and stabbing. I am currently using Monistat and Vagisil, and I am 44 years old. What could be causing these bumps, and what can I do to alleviate the pain and discomfort?

I am 8 1/2 weeks postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding. I started bleeding this morning heavier than spotting but too light to be a period. I just got a sharp pain in my head followed by a constant dull pain. I am also experiencing some dizziness, and I have a history of anemia and am currently taking Zoloft for depression/anxiety. What could these symptoms be related to?

I have been dealing with bleeding for 11 hours, which is stable. I am 72 years old and not using any medications. The bleeding is from my leg. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I had a baby 9 months ago and still haven't had my period. I'm not breastfeeding and not on any birth control, but I'm still leaking breast milk. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Last night, I used a new sex toy for the first time and immediately experienced severe uterine cramping. The cramping and discomfort lasted until I went to sleep. Since waking up, I've had sharp, intermittent pain on the upper left side of my vagina that radiates to my pelvic area and stomach. I'm also still having cramping. I have no history of STDs or OBGYN issues, except for a cyst on my cervix that was not causing any pain. What could be causing this pain, and should I seek medical help if it doesn't go away?
