I am 8 1/2 weeks postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding. I started bleeding this morning heavier than spotting but too light to be a period. I just got a sharp pain in my head followed by a constant dull pain. I am also experiencing some dizziness, and I have a history of anemia and am currently taking Zoloft for depression/anxiety. What could these symptoms be related to?

Last night, I used a new sex toy for the first time and immediately experienced severe uterine cramping. The cramping and discomfort lasted until I went to sleep. Since waking up, I've had sharp, intermittent pain on the upper left side of my vagina that radiates to my pelvic area and stomach. I'm also still having cramping.
