Last night, I used a new sex toy for the first time and immediately experienced severe uterine cramping. The cramping and discomfort lasted until I went to sleep. Since waking up, I've had sharp, intermittent pain on the upper left side of my vagina that radiates to my pelvic area and stomach. I'm also still having cramping. I have no history of STDs or OBGYN issues, except for a cyst on my cervix that was not causing any pain. What could be causing this pain, and should I seek medical help if it doesn't go away?

When does bleeding end after a D&C? I was 9.5 weeks pregnant with twins and had the D&C on November 1. I am 28, this is my second pregnancy, with the first carried to term and delivered naturally in July 2022. I am experiencing brown/dark red bleeding, not using contraceptives, no burning or itching while passing urine, and have been stressed about the situation. I have not had sex since before the D&C.

Over the last couple of menstrual cycles, my period pain has gotten significantly worse. After taking over-the-counter pain relievers, the pain is at an 8 out of 10, and before that, it felt like a 10 out of 10. My flow hasn't changed, and the pain is the only difference. The pain is concentrated in my lower abdomen, lower back, and thighs. What could be causing this increased pain, and what should I do about it?
