I’ve been having sharp abdominal pain and bleeding for 5 days. The pain comes and goes, and I’m not managing it with any medications. I haven’t experienced nausea, bloating, or changes in stool. I recently started birth control and I’m sexually active. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I want to get pregnant but have been trying for 3 months with negative pregnancy tests. I track my ovulation and have regular periods every 28-30 days. I was told by my doctor that my one ovary doesn’t get enough blood flow and doesn’t work, causing me constant pain. I'm 20 years old and wondering if there's a way to fix it or remove it, and if removing it would affect my chances of having kids or cause other issues.

I'm not pregnant and haven't been pregnant, but over the past few years, my breasts have been growing faster than I can keep up with, regardless of weight changes. I'm not using contraceptives, my last period was almost a month ago, and I'm not sexually active. I haven't had a pap test in a few years, but there are no unusual symptoms. I'm 36, have regular cycles, am 5'3" and very active, eat healthy, and had normal tissue on a mammogram in 2018. My breasts have gone up two cup sizes per year since then, even though my weight has gone down. What could be causing this?
