I have been suffering from severe endometriosis for five years, despite three surgeries and various treatments including birth control and IUDs. The pain is primarily on one side, affecting the ovary that consistently grows cysts. I am terrified of hormone therapy and want to know if removing the problematic ovary is a good alternative and if it is likely that my doctor would agree to this procedure.

I found out I was pregnant on December 19. I got my ultrasound on January 26 measuring the baby at 9 weeks & 1 day. How serious is spotting after 79? I have been dealing with it for about 2 weeks, initially just a little and now getting worse. There is occasional bright blood, but not heavy bleeding yet. I feel tired, worn out, and have low energy. I am on Progesterone 100mg and Estradiol 1mg. I recently had a steroid shot and a z-pack for a rash on my back, and I have allergies causing a runny nose and dry eyes. Additionally, I am feeling depressed and stressed due to my boyfriend's behavior.
