My daughter is 36 years old and pregnant with her first baby. She is 20 weeks along and until yesterday all the testing and sonograms, etc. have been fine. She was told today by her doctor that the baby may have fluid around its heart and they are going to send her to a high-risk ob and have more testing done. What does this mean for the baby? Is there treatment for this? She has had some new testing done that checks on chromozone problems and Downs Syndrome and these came back all right. What should we expect?

I've been trying to get pregnant for 3 years after having an abortion in 2018. I took the pill and since then, I've had a hard time conceiving. Both of my tubes are open. I'm 23 years old, and my last period was from 09/11/21 to 09/14/21. I had chlamydia twice, once in December 2018 and once at the beginning of this year. What could be causing my difficulty in conceiving and what can I do to address this issue?

I had a CBC test after experiencing chest pain and had concerns about potential HIV infection due to my partner's possible infidelity. I am a 61-year-old female with no current medications and no significant medical history. I am curious if the CBC test could indicate HIV and if I should undergo specific HIV testing.
