I have been experiencing bad pelvic pain that comes and goes frequently for the past two years. The pain is dull, heavy, and achy. I am 22 years old, take no medications, and have a history of bacterial vaginosis and frequent UTIs. The pain makes sex painful most of the time. I also have discharge with occasional odd smells. My last period was two days ago, and I usually get my periods every 26 days. My last pap smear was about a month ago. I am sexually active with one partner in the last four years and have never had an STD. My periods are heavy, and my cramps are severe (9/10). What could be causing my pelvic pain, and what should I do about it?

I'm worried that I might be pregnant, but I'm not sure. I haven't used contraceptives, my last period began in January, and I have very irregular periods. I'm using Sertraline and Metformin, and I'm 19 years old. I had unprotected sex on February 12th and took Plan B about 24 hours later. I experienced cramping and brown spotting today, which I was told could also indicate pregnancy. What are the chances of pregnancy, and what could be causing my irregular periods?

I’m having severe anxiety over this issue. I am currently 3-4 weeks pregnant. I have two partners: my husband, with whom I was trying to conceive, and my transgender M-F girlfriend, with whom I was not trying to conceive. I am 26, and my last menstrual period was March 2nd. My IUD was removed on February 24th, and I had unprotected intercourse with my husband with hopes of trying for a baby since the day of IUD removal. My girlfriend and I had protected sex with a condom, using non-expired condoms, lube, and the pull-out method with the condom on, with no tears or leaks. Condoms were removed outside of the vagina. I found out I was pregnant not long ago. During my fertile window, I only had sex with my husband unprotected. I didn’t have unprotected sex with anyone but my husband. The rare times my girlfriend and I had sex were protected with a condom as listed above. Should I be worried this isn’t my husband's baby? Please help, I'm nervous.

Is it normal for my period cramps to get worse every month, along with nausea and migraines? My period is not regular, and I have no current medications. I am 30 years old and allergic to Advil. I also experience cervical pain after sexual interactions. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
