I took a one step Walgreens pregnancy test and it came back positive, then took another one of the same test a week later and came back negative. What is wrong, and when can I get pregnant?

I am on Mirvala 28 birth control and experiencing a lot of nausea. It's my first time using birth control, and I started 9 days ago. I take it at 10 PM and try not to eat before at least an hour. I missed my pill yesterday and today. Should I take 2 pills today to get back on track? What should I do to prevent or alleviate the nausea, and if it doesn't resolve in a few days to 1-2 weeks, what are my options?

I had a sharp stabbing cramp in my lower left abdomen yesterday. Today, there is a small amount of blood on the toilet paper after urinating, but my period is not due until the end of the month. I have had a bit of fever and chills off and on all day, but no other pain except for a bad lower back pain around December 23 that resolved after about a week. I am allergic to naproxen and estrogens and have no other medical conditions. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
