What can I do to treat green discharge with a noticeable odor, which started on July 2 and has been intermittent? The discharge is green and foaming, and there is some vaginal itching. My last period was from June 12 to June 18, and it is regular. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, who has not been checked for infections.

I have a hardened lump in my left breast that has grown in size and is becoming more painful. It started small near a mole and has moved towards my areola.
