My periods are like clockwork, but I'm now on methotrexate and my period is missing. I've had a negative pregnancy test. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have recurring stomach cramps combined with watery stool, similar to strong menstrual cramps but I am past menopause. The cramps come in waves and last about 45 seconds to 1/2 minute. I took Aleve this week to calm the symptoms but don’t take any other medication. I am 54 years old and overweight. The symptoms have been recurring since Monday and seemed to be getting better but flared up again today. What could be causing this and how can I manage the symptoms?

I missed my period, and my last period began on November 29th. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, I am 20 years old, and I have no significant medical history. I have symptoms of bloating and small cramps in the lower abdomen. I had unprotected sex since November and had a negative urine and blood test today. What could be the cause of my missed period, and what should I do?

I don't know if I'm pregnant because I got blood but it was spotty and very pink. How much are you bleeding now? How often do you need to change your pad/tampon? 2 hours or longer? Are you passing blood clots? When did your last period begin and when did it end?

I recently noticed a small ulcer on my vulva after using a condom, which felt like it was rubbing on one side. I've been tested for all STDs and infections, including mycoplasma genitalium, which has been cleared. I get mouth ulcers occasionally, and this vulva ulcer feels and looks similar. Is it normal to get a small ulcer from friction, especially since we don't have any STDs or infections?

I had a late period and initially got a positive pregnancy test, but subsequent tests were negative. My last period was in February, and I took an emergency contraceptive on March 3. I am 25 years old and not using any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do next?
