Need help determining when I conceived my baby. My cycle is 28 days. I had sex on 3/12, 3/14, 3/17, and 3/21, and I took Plan B on 3/18. I also had an ultrasound on 4/16 that read 6 weeks 4 days. Who is most likely the father of the baby?

I had a c-section 13 weeks and 1 day ago and recovery seemed to be going well. However, yesterday I woke up with pain in my right abdomen and it progressively got worse throughout the day, becoming a more generalized soreness including around my c-section incision. The night before, I had a physically demanding situation involving holding my son for an extended period. Today, the pain is less but still present, mostly on my right side higher up than yesterday. How can I tell if it's a muscle strain versus appendicitis, and how long do muscles typically take to fully heal after a c-section?

I'm 58 years old and very clean. I've been experiencing very itchy vaginal symptoms, especially around my clitoris. I'm married and have only been with one partner for 38 years. I'm embarrassed and scared to ask my doctor. I've been using Vagisil cream, which helps temporarily but the itch comes back. Can you help me?

I started with a sore throat and got antibiotics which caused a yeast infection. Left untreated for a week, I now have a vaginal rash/sores on the inside. I was prescribed fluconazole 150mg. Is there anything else I can put on the vaginal rash/sores for relief?

I'm a 41-year-old woman with PCOS, experiencing vaginal bleeding. I stopped taking Metformin for the last three months but started again on August 31. My last period was on August 24, and I noticed light vaginal bleeding on September 12. What could be causing this bleeding, and should I be concerned?

I’m having very light, almost non-existent periods that started before my child was born almost 4 years ago. My periods are mostly clear, watery discharge with much lighter blood. I’m about to be 39, and all blood tests did not indicate perimenopause. I went almost 4 months without a period at all and not pregnant. The doctor gave me provera for 10 days, and I started 8 days later, which was heavier but not like before. My most recent period didn’t even last 24 hours but was on time. An ultrasound showed a thickened lining after 4 months of no period. I had an endometrial biopsy today and was put on progesterone-only birth control. What are possible outcomes?
