My period is 10 days late, I had intercourse during my fertile window, and I have symptoms like constant urination, gas, implantation bleeding, and extreme tiredness. I've taken several pregnancy tests, one of which showed a faint positive line, but most were negative. I do not have any children and stopped taking Prozac a few weeks ago. Is this normal, or could there be another reason for my symptoms?

For the past couple of months, I've been experiencing brown spotting/discharge and no period. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests, all negative. I'm 19 years old and have never had this happen before. Is it some type of infection? The discharge has no noticeable odor and is close to egg-white/chunky in texture. My last normal period was March 23, and it used to be very regular. I work 40 hours a week at a physically demanding job, which has caused me to lose 13 lbs since September 2020. I also struggle with depression and anxiety, and I consume a lot of caffeine daily, which makes me feel exhausted. At work, I sometimes experience hot flashes, blurry vision, derealization, and shakiness.

I’m having slight vaginal discomfort that has been on and off for about 3 months. It’s stable, getting better but never worse. I’m using over-the-counter Clotrimazole cream and am on birth control. I’m concerned it could be a yeast infection, UTI, or BV. What should I do?
