I took clarithromycin 500 mg and 2 pills of diflucan while I was 6 weeks pregnant. Is it going to harm the fetus or cause any deformation?

I’m having an issue with what I think is a yeast infection. I've been experiencing itching, burning, and pain when I pee for about 5 days. I've tried Monistat, but I'm also on an antiviral medication (Valtrex). My discharge has changed to light yellow with no odor, and I have extreme pain while urinating, feeling it from the vaginal canal and seeing red inflamed tissue surrounding it. What should I do?

I have irregular periods with a cycle of 28-32 days. My period was supposed to come on November 16 or 17, but it hasn't arrived. I experienced what looked like implantation spotting on November 20, which was bright pink/clear. My pregnancy test was negative. I am 34 years old, trying to conceive for 1.5 years, and was on contraceptives for about 12 years. My last period was from October 15 to October 19. I have no other known medical conditions and no recent changes in stress or weight. What could be causing this delay, and what should I do next?
