Can a woman live without a vagina?

I am 18 weeks pregnant and my water broke 4 days ago. My doctor advises terminating the pregnancy due to potential health risks to me and the baby, including the possibility of the baby being handicapped. I am conflicted about whether to keep the baby until she dies naturally or to terminate the pregnancy. Is the baby suffering without amniotic fluid? Is it better to terminate now or later? Will keeping the baby harm my health and future fertility?
