What were my fertile days, and could I have been in my fertile window if I had sex on the 20th and 21st of the month, given that my first day of last period was between 8th and 11th of July and I have a 28-day cycle?

I have been trying to get pregnant for 5 years. What are the chances that I have blocked tubes? My OBGYN recommended seeing an endocrinologist due to low DHEA-S and low testosterone levels in my blood work. Could these hormones be the issue, or should I be looking at potential tube problems? I have never had an STD and am generally healthy, but I am nervous about the upcoming dye test and infertility evaluation.

I am a 79-year-old female who had a total hysterectomy at 51. I was scheduled for a total knee replacement but had to postpone it due to bacteria found in my urine during preadmission testing. I have had recurring urinary tract infections (UTIs) for over two years, despite taking various antibiotics. Recently, I tested high on a Vagisil screening kit for vaginal infections, indicating a high pH level, but my gynecologist dismissed the results. I am currently on Nitrofurantoin Mono for a UTI, but my urine still has an odor and I suspect a vaginal infection. I need an antibiotic for a vaginal infection to clear up my urine and proceed with my knee surgery. What can I do and can you suggest an antibiotic for a vaginal infection?

I am 9 weeks pregnant and experiencing persistent nausea and vomiting, unable to eat or drink for the last 12 hours. I had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks and was recommended to take Pepcid and anti-nausea candies. I take prenatal vitamins nightly and do light exercise 3 days a week. Is there anything else I should do or check?

Hello doctor, my wife has had 3 curettages since the baby died and hasn't been able to get pregnant again. It's been since February 2013 since her last operation. Is it hard for her to get pregnant again?

I have a few lumps on my labia and I called my primary doctor. She will refer me to an OB/GYN. I have to wait on an appointment for at least a week. I am 49 years old and only noticed the lumps yesterday because it started to hurt a little when I pushed on it. I had a pap test 2 years ago with regular results. I am married, sexually active, and have been steadily losing weight through exercise. The lumps do not have discharge and bother me when it is wet. I have had ingrown hairs in the past, but these feel different and are hard to see. I am in peri-menopause and still get my period irregularly. What could the lumps be and what can I do for them before I can see my OB/GYN doctor?
