When I urinate, I sometimes notice mucus in the toilet, and I haven't had a period since November due to irregular cycles. I used to get a lot of UTIs and recently went to the OB for clitoral burning, where they found an excess of lactobacillus. I also had a cystoscopy, which was normal. What could be causing the mucus, the irregular periods, and the excess lactobacillus? Is it PCOS, and how long is it okay to go without a period?

I'm experiencing tingly, itchy pain in my vagina. The vaginal walls have little white spots on it, and there's no discharge. I've experienced this before but never noticed the white spots. I thought it was a UTI at first. My last pap test was about a year ago with irregular results showing HPV, but my doctor said not to worry as it could clear on its own. I'm also thinking it might be a yeast infection as I've had that a few times in the past. Could this be a chronic condition, and is there a treatment for HPV if my body doesn't get rid of it itself?

I had my period on July 8, and no bleeding on July 12. I've been testing for ovulation every day with two different kits (Premom and Easy at Home), which show conflicting results. After having sex, I experienced light bleeding the next day followed by a lot of sticky, stretchy, clear discharge with brown blood. What could be causing this bleeding and discharge?
