I am currently 11 weeks pregnant after a missed miscarriage in August. I've been using a fetal doppler to listen to the heartbeat, sometimes for up to 30 minutes a day, and I'm worried if this could harm the baby. What is your professional opinion on the safety of using a fetal doppler and how often it should be used?

I am 28 years old and sexually active. I have always had regular periods, but recently, my periods have been irregular, restarting soon after the previous one. I had my last period on Oct 27, then around Thanksgiving, and then again a few days later and two weeks after that, with spotting in between. I took a pregnancy test which was negative. I am concerned about the irregularity and have vaginal itching and discharge. What could be causing this and what should I do?
