I'm concerned about symptoms affecting my vagina, including discharge, swelling, and pain during urination. I'm 25 years old, have been using June Fe birth control daily, and recently ended my period. I haven't shaved or had sexual activity in the past two weeks, and I'm noticing abnormal white discharge that is more mucousy-like with no change in odor. I took a diflucan yesterday but it doesn't seem to be helping. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to treat them?

I have been experiencing a recurring discharge with a certain smell since May 2019, which often returns after intercourse. The discharge can be white or yellow, and there are occasional burning sensations, itching, and swelling. I have never had a pap test or pelvic exam. I recently found out I'm pregnant and I'm not sure how far along I am. My hCG levels are rising, but ultrasounds only show a gestational sac and a yolk sac. How long will it be just the yolk in the sac? When will the fetal pole start to show? How many weeks until the fetal pole starts to show? What are the best prenatal vitamins? I'm also anemic and have mental health issues. I'm nervous because it's my first pregnancy and I'm doing it alone.
