If I had a positive and then three negative pregnancy tests (two of which were ran at the doctor with the same urine), am I not pregnant, especially if I am on the pill and used a condom, or even if I used the pill alone without ejaculate?

I am a type 2 diabetic with a high A1C level (11.2) who has been experiencing recurrent yeast infections and UTIs. I have been prescribed various antibiotics, including Keflex and Diflucan, which have led to additional symptoms such as vaginal and buttock pain, belching, hard stools/constipation, and vaginal vibrations. I am concerned about the effectiveness of my current treatment and whether these symptoms are related to my diabetes or the antibiotics. What could be causing these issues and what steps should I take next?

I am 15 days post-ovulation and have been spotting since yesterday, which was when my period was supposed to start on the 10th. Today, I am still spotting with no cramps, and I see clots in my blood. My last period was from July 15-19, and I usually have heavy, painful periods. My stomach hurts but not like a cramp, and there is no dizziness or vaginal discharge. Should I take a pregnancy test, and if so, when should I take it?

I had my last period from November 9th to November 13th, and I took an emergency contraception pill on November 17th after having unprotected sex on November 15th and 16th. I have not had my period since then, and I took a pregnancy test when I was 3 days late, which was negative. I am now ten days late. I have taken Plan B before and never had this experience. I did have unprotected sex again on December 15th and did not use contraception. Am I pregnant or are my hormones messed up?

I decided to work with a midwife during my pregnancy and had my first phone call appointment. She mentioned that if I did not complete the ultrasound between 11-13 weeks, she would assume the baby was conceived on the first day of my last period and might induce labor if she doesn't have confirmation from this ultrasound. I am currently 10 weeks along based on the first day of my last period. I was hoping we could compromise on the due date determination based on the day of intercourse rather than the last day of my menstrual cycle. Additionally, I am unsure if the cell-free DNA test is enough or if I need to do the ultrasound for nuchal translucency. I also have questions about the safety of natural medicines like elderberry during pregnancy and the use of cod liver oil for omega-3 fatty acids.
