I had unprotected sex on multiple occasions and the condom broke last night, but there was no ejaculation. My last period was from July 4 to 9. I have light cramping, sore breasts, and back pain. My period is a couple of days late. Should I take Plan B, and if so, will it still be effective? What could be causing my period to be late, and should I be concerned about pregnancy or other health issues?

I have been spotting since June 14th, with days of less or no spotting and other days with a little more than spotting. My last normal period started on May 4th. I have experienced a little stomach pain and nausea. I have a medical history of diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hypothyroidism, chronic kidney disease, and a fibroid that usually causes heavy bleeding rather than spotting. What could be causing the spotting and what should I do?

I am experiencing severe pain during sex, which started a week ago. The pain is localized in the vagina/vulva area and is described as sharp, achey, and burning. I was previously treating a UTI with Azo and have been taking ibuprofen for menstrual cramps. I am 22 years old, my cycles are regular, and I am not on any birth control. My period started on the second of this month and is currently on day 5. I have not seen a doctor yet, but I am concerned about the pain and swelling during sex.
