Can the Metronidazole gel prescribed for bacterial vaginosis make the discharge yellow, and what should I do if the discharge becomes yellow, thick, and sticky, possibly resembling a yeast infection?

I have a painful vaginal burning, mainly at night before bed, sometimes severe during the day. I also experience odd discharge with a slight yellow to light green tinge and very light periods with a full week of brown spotting prior to the period. I am 35 years old and have had two c-section babies and a right fallopian tube removal for an ectopic pregnancy. I've had ultrasounds showing a small 3.5 mm fibroid in the uterus and a tilted uterus. Is there anything the doctors could be missing?

I have had Staph epidermidis in both breasts for 6 months and no doctor can figure out how to get rid of it. I am allergic to vancomycin and can handle linezolid. The culture has come back negative a couple of times, but after no antibiotics for 1 to 2 weeks, my breasts swell up again and the infection is back. I have no insurance and cannot see a breast surgeon. I have had a Mirena for almost 2 years, which doctors say is not causing my problems, but I wake up almost every morning with nausea or vomiting. My breasts never stop leaking, whether the cultures are negative or positive. I am not pregnant and it is not breast milk. What can be done to treat this persistent infection?

I started spotting dark red one week after my last period ended. I use condoms for contraception, and the spotting has been inconsistent for 6 days. My last period was from December 28-31, and I have never experienced spotting before. I have had chronic stress but no stomach pain, dizziness, or vaginal discharge. I am 29 years old and have regular periods. I did not take any emergency contraceptive pills. I have not passed any blood clots or experienced lower abdomen cramps. Recently, I began having slight clotting. What could be causing the spotting and clotting, and what should I do?
