I am 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Nausea disappeared yesterday, and I started experiencing cramping with light spotting a few hours ago. I was nauseated most of last week, vomited on Friday, and have felt very exhausted. I've had significant cramping since week 4, feeling very sharp and painful. My appetite has been slightly decreased, and I have had bowel/fecal urgency every morning. I am currently taking 18.75 mg of Effexor, Benadryl for sleep as needed, and Tylenol for cramps as needed. I am 31 years old with a psychiatric history of anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD. Is this normal or a sign of pregnancy loss?

I'm 44 years old and have been experiencing on-and-off heavy bleeding with dime-sized clots since April. I have a history of dysplasia and have had five children, the last one in 2013. I am not on any medications except for sinus medicine and have not undergone any tests or examinations. I experience fatigue and sometimes lower abdominal pain or cramps. What could be causing this bleeding, and what should I do?

I did not get my period this month. I have never had a missed period before. I am 44 years old, 5'4", 145 lbs. Not pregnant or stressed. I had fertility testing done recently, and my FSH was 6.0, AMH 4.3. So it looks like I've got a few years before menopause. What could be going on?

I am 21 and just got my first period yesterday. Is it normal to have a light bleeding without any pain or cramps, especially since I didn't get it during puberty and neither did my sisters until they were prescribed something?

I have almost constant spotting and often bleeding after sex (but no pain). My pap smear done 3 months ago was normal. The spotting is stable in terms of how much, but seems to be more often. I'm 43 and the only medication I take is Zoloft. What could be the cause and what should I do?
