Within the past year, my menstrual cramps and symptoms have gotten worse. I experience such severe cramps that I can't sleep, and the pain radiates to my legs, causing them to go numb. My periods are also irregular, and I have a history of a cyclical ovarian cyst, migraines, and depression before my period. How do I determine if this is primary or secondary dysmenorrhea, and should I be concerned about the recent increase in pain?

I've been taking birth control pills for about a year and have been taking active pills continuously for 43 days to skip my period. However, withdrawal bleeding still started today. Should I start the placebo pills or continue taking active pills?

I am experiencing irregular periods and had unprotected sex where the condom broke. I took Plan B within 12 hours. Why haven't I gotten my period, and should I expect it soon? Is there anything I can do to help regulate my periods?

I have been experiencing heavy and prolonged periods that have worsened since January, lasting up to three weeks and soaking through clothes within an hour if not changed. I am concerned as my mother died of ovarian cancer and I am experiencing similar early symptoms. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I think I had an ovarian cyst rupture. Should I go to the hospital or will it fix itself? I've had the cyst for years, tracked by ultrasounds, and was told if it got any bigger I would need surgery. After intercourse, I experienced a lot of bleeding followed by pain where the cyst is. I'm not bleeding anymore, just spotting, and the pain is now a dull, persistent 3 out of 10. I'm 30 and pretty sure I have endometriosis. What should I do?
