I have a small ball growth at the entrance of my vagina. It is smaller than a marble, painless, and has some white growth on it. It is not inside but right under the vagina hole. I had a bad yeast infection treated in September and was tested for herpes, which was negative. What could this growth be and what should I do?

I am 23 years old and 29 weeks pregnant. I have noticed an increase in clear vaginal discharge, especially in the third trimester, and I am concerned about a thick, brownish discharge that appeared in the toilet one morning. I have taken vaginal pH tests which show normal results. Am I okay, and is the discharge normal during pregnancy?

I'm experiencing a lot of clear, almost watery discharge, almost as if I peed on myself a little, and my vagina itches inside a little. It has a strong smell but not a bad smell. The discharge started on Monday, and my last period was two weeks before that. I just got back on Depo birth control, so I won't have my period anymore after this. I'm 22 years old, haven't been seen by a doctor or had treatments, and I have had unprotected sex. What could this be, and what should I do?
