I am in my first trimester of pregnancy, about 7 weeks along. I have experienced mild discomfort on the left side of my belly, and a pain on the right side when I stretched last night. There is no blood or discharge, my breasts are tender, and I have morning sickness. Should I be concerned about the pain, and is it normal to feel better when I rub the area?

I am not sexually active, but I have a boyfriend and we "mess around" sometimes. I know there is a thing called pre-cum that can eventually help the sperm he retained in the vagina if the male ejaculates near the vagina, even if it is not inserted at all. However, I am on a birth control called Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, but I'm only taking it to help regulate my periods so it's not a very high dosage. With all of this, I'm very scared that there's still a chance of me getting pregnant if he ejaculates "near" my vagina at all. Is this true?

I am about 5 weeks pregnant and experienced some light bleeding after sex on Saturday night, followed by intermittent light bleeding on Sunday. There was minimal cramping after sex that lasted only a few minutes. The bleeding has since stopped, and there is no pain. Is this normal?

I passed my GTT at 27 weeks (121) but was retested with a 1 HR GTT at 36 weeks, resulting in 161. I'm testing my blood sugar 4 times a day and managing post-meal levels well, usually around 90-100. However, my fasting blood sugar has been 87, 84, 86, and 95. I'm concerned about maintaining fasting levels below 90 and whether gestational diabetes will persist after pregnancy if I need medication for the remaining weeks.

I have a dark spot in my vagina that looks like a freckle. I have vaginal eczema, which has been a little painful lately, but the spot itself hasn't bothered me. I'm concerned if this is normal or if it could be something serious. Have you experienced any itching, pain, or discomfort in the area where you noticed the dark spot? Have you had any recent changes in your menstrual cycle or any abnormal vaginal bleeding?
