I am trying to track my stimulus payment. I have received the other one just not this last one. I want to know if one was sent and where it was sent. I am 74 years old and no one can claim me on their taxes. I have not filed for several years.

I am considering buying another rental property or a house to resell on a seller finance contract. I could buy a 450k house with a 3.3 percent interest rate and sell it for 500k at 6 or 6.5 percent interest, potentially cash flowing 1000 a month. Given the uncertain future, is it wise to take on more debt? What would happen with hyperinflation?

I am Bill, a retired active Army member receiving disability and Social Security, which are non-taxable. I received the first COVID-19 stimulus check but have not received any others. I contacted the IRS but received no help. Should I file a tax return to receive the remaining stimulus checks?
