I am going on maternity leave and was asked to fill out a W-4 form, but I'm confused about how to do it accurately. I already receive child tax credit for my third child, and I don't mind when I receive the money, I just want to ensure that not filling out this W-4 form with Aetna won't put me in tax trouble. Additionally, I won't be receiving my full pay during my leave, just a percentage. What should I do?
