I am having issues with the IRS. I did not receive a letter from the IRS last year asking to verify my identity, and I cannot reach anyone to verify my identity so I can get my refund this year. I am 38 years old and have 2 dependents.

I have two questions: 1. I am having difficulty claiming the Charitable Contribution for standard deductions on Line 10b of the 1040/140SR Worksheet, and 2. I am asked if I have received all of my Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for 2020 under my retirement plan distribution. I thought the RMD requirements were waived for 2020. Additionally, I am unsure about the relevance of questions regarding the purpose of the funds and my 401k contribution duration.

When will my taxes be here? I am located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 57 years old, filed jointly with my wife, and we have 2 dependents. We filed on February 14th.

I am disabled and took out a lump sum from my retirement. The amount was $4852, with $970.53 federal tax withheld. I am in Oregon and have no dependents. I received a tax refund of $1031 for 2019. I also had to pay $600 to Oregon. Is everything correct, and does Oregon tax the lump sum?
