I am trying to file my taxes electronically using Turbo Tax, but my return is being rejected due to issues with my date of birth, which is correct and was used successfully last year. Turbo Tax is also telling me that the return was already submitted, but it's not being accepted. What should I do to resolve this issue without having to mail my return, which could take 6 months to process?
