I applied for a refund on 16 Feb and the IRS's "Where is my refund App" gives me the response of "information does not match. Please reenter your information." I filled out the data requested by the App on my cell phone, including SSAN, date filed, filing category, and amount of refund claimed. IRS agents told me to wait 16 weeks from the day I talked to them. What can be done to resolve this issue or speed up the process?

I was a partner in an S-corporation with my ex. I left in 2019 and did not have access to any corporate files in early 2020.
