I live in Massachusetts but have recently registered my LLC in Connecticut. For the physical address of the business, is it okay for that address to be in Massachusetts as the CT business is to run rental properties in CT? Also, is it okay if I use a UPS store mail address as the business address?

I need help with EV tax qualification. I am located in Washington DC, own property in DC, MD, and VA, am 36 years old, recently married, and made $137k gross this year. I am in the US on a G4 visa, and my wife is American. I don’t pay income tax, but my wife does. We have a car reserved from a dealership, the x5 45e, which is on the list of cars that qualify for EV tax credit. Can my wife qualify for the tax credit on her income tax?
