On the TR-570 form, under 'disregarded entity,' it asks for the owner's legal name and EIN. Is this just the EIN of the LLC? I am a single-member LLC being taxed as a sole proprietorship in New York.

I am the father of David A. Lombard, who is currently in prison at Seagoville prison in Texas. I received two stimulus checks in his name at my home in Papillion, Nebraska. I am unable to deposit the checks into his account because it was closed due to being hacked. I couldn't open a new account because the checks weren't signed, and the bank couldn't accept checks from incarcerated people due to FDIC insurance. The funds from his original account are now in my name and my wife's, with David as the beneficiary. What can I do to get the checks deposited into that account?
