I filed my 2019 federal and state (Idaho) taxes in December 2020 using an accounting firm, and now I'm filling out TurboTax Premier for 2020 taxes. Both federal and state tax forms have been rejected twice with the message: 'ND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records.' I've listed the AGI as shown on line 8b of the 1040-SR form and listed the PIN numbers. Additionally, I have two 1099-R forms: one for a TSP distribution rolled over into an IRA, and another for monthly annuity payments received in 2020. The taxable amount from the annuity is listed as $0 on Form 1040-SR. Is this correct? Also, for Idaho taxes, I'm asked to enter the portion of my pension income eligible for the retirement benefit deduction for civil service. How do I determine this?
