The IRS says I need to attach Schedule D to my 2021 return. They assessed a deficiency. I reported my capital gains on line 7 via TurboTax, and TurboTax checked the box that I did not need to attach Schedule D. I have no Schedule D in my files and don't know how to generate it to submit to the IRS. I can't uncheck the box on line 7. How can I generate Schedule D in TurboTax to submit to the IRS?

I'm starting a car service business where I buy a luxury vehicle and hire a driver to serve a luxury hotel, focusing on airport pick-ups. The hotel would provide the driver with customers and create appointments. I'm looking for management software with the following features: a calendar showing all appointments and revenue, the ability for the hotel and driver to edit the schedule, pick-up and drop-off location tracking, automated invoice texting to customers, daily, weekly, and monthly revenue summaries, and the ability to manage multiple drivers on one account. Do you know of any companies that provide this?

I purchased a property in California in 2017 as a main residence, lived there for 16 months, and then moved out due to work. I rented it out to cover the mortgage and sold the property in 2022 for a gain of $262k. My previous tax adviser said I qualified for a partial exemption, but now my accountant says I don't qualify for any tax exemption. What can I do about this?
